What is Trueline?
Trueline is Greenville’s premier new live event venue—designed to be a must-play destination for artists and a must-see experience for audiences. Located in the heart of downtown at 401 Rhett Street, Trueline blends state-of-the-art production with an intimate, electric atmosphere. It’s the perfect setting for concerts, private events, and community gatherings.

Limited street parking is available near the venue, with several public parking garages close by. We highly recommend using rideshare services for convenience. More detailed parking info is coming soon as we finalize partnerships with nearby lots.

What items are allowed or prohibited?
All guests will be subject to a security screening upon entry. To ensure safety, the following guidelines apply:

Allowed Items:

• Non-professional cameras (disposable, point-and-shoot)
• Empty refillable water bottles
• Cigarettes, lighters, and vapes (permitted in designated areas)
• Prescription medication (must match the name on your ID)
• Hats, sunglasses, earplugs
• Phone chargers or battery packs
• Small bags (under 8.5” x 10”; subject to search)

Prohibited Items:

• Weapons (including pepper spray)
• Illegal drugs or substances (including CBD/THC)
• Outside food or beverages (including sealed bottles)
• Professional cameras or recording equipment
• Fireworks or laser pointers
• Unsealed pill bottles or nasal sprays
• Animals (except service animals)
• Skateboards, scooters, drones
• Stuffed animals, totems, hula hoops, poi
• Gum, metal/glass containers, large umbrellas
• Selfie sticks or personal vending items

Trueline reserves the right to prohibit any item deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

Our Commitment to Safety
Your safety is our top priority. Trueline implements comprehensive security protocols including bag checks, clearly marked emergency exits, and trained staff on site.
Security Requirements

• All guests are subject to search upon entry.
• Valid government-issued ID is required for all attendees.
• Visibly intoxicated guests will be denied entry.
• Fake IDs, aiding underage individuals, or using someone else’s ID will result in removal and a potential ban.

Cashless Venue
Trueline is a 100% cashless venue. Credit/debit cards and digital payment methods are accepted.

Smoking Policy
Smoking, including vaping, is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.

Dress Code
No formal dress code unless specified by the event. Shirts, pants/shorts, and shoes are required for all guests.

Food & Drink
We offer a rotating selection of food and beverage options. Guests must be 21+ with a valid ID to purchase alcohol.

Non-Discrimination Policy
Trueline is a safe space for all. Harassment or discrimination based on gender, race, religion, or sexual orientation will not be tolerated.

Prescription Medication
Guests bringing prescription medication must:

• Carry it in the original, clearly labeled container
• Ensure the name on the bottle matches the ID
• Bring only the required amount for the event
• Unmarked or mixed pills will not be permitted.
