To get started with your investment, review the Investment Paperwork outlined below then provide us with some basic information in the form below. We will pre-fill your paperwork to simplify the process, because we like to make good things easy.

INVESTMENT PAPERWORK

This is the full investment package, and includes all the documents outlined below:

This is the contract between Trueline and the investor, either as an individual person, co-investors (e.g. spouses), or an entity (e.g. LLC, trust, etc.).

This questionnaire contains the questions about how to contact the investor, where to payout their distributions, and where to send their tax correspondence each year.

Verification of Accreditation (not required for Reg CF)
You may choose from 3 methods of verification:
A) 3rd-party verification Letter (easiest – we’ll send them the appropriate paperwork)
Will be completed by one of the following:
Your registered broker-dealer
Your registered investment adviser
Your licensed attorney in good standing
Your certified public accountant (CPA) in good standing
B) Net Worth
C) Income
Method B or C: Accredited Investor Questionnaire
Includes supporting Net Worth or Income documents as defined in Exhibit II – Page 6 of the Private Placement Memorandum

This is the acceptance of Trueline’s operating agreement as filed during the entity’s formation.

Once we have your paperwork in order, we will provide wiring instructions to transfer funds and make your investment official!
